All contractors performing work within the Sunbury City Limits are required to posess a current Contractor License.
Contractors must also submit a Certificate of Insurance from their insurance company certifying $300,000 liability coverage for each occurrence and Workman’s Compensation coverage. This Certificate of Insurance should be faxed or mailed to the Codes Office.
You can purchase this license by completing a printed copy of the application form and mailing your completed form and payment to the Codes Office, or by completing the form below and paying through PayPal.
PayPal will accept payments to your PayPal account, or through your credit card (even if you do not have a PayPal account)
Cost for this license is $100.00 annually, or $50.00 for 1/2 year (July - Dec)
Using this On-Line service to purchase this license will also include a Handling Fee of $3.30 (for the $100 Annual License) to $1.80 (for the $50 Half Year License).
