City Code Licences

Ordinance 1193 68-6 Contractors License: Requires all persons performing any type of contracting work within the city limits must be licensed and must have the following:

$300,000.00 for each occurrence is minimum liability insurance.
Workman's compensation insurance, if they have other persons working for them.
The cost of the license is one hundred ($100.00) dollars. Any contractor renewing their license after July 1, the fee will be fifty ($50.00) dollars.

ANY CONTRACTOR / SUBCONTRACTOR CAUGHT WORKING IN THE CITY OF SUNBURY WITH OUT A CURRENT LICENSE AND UPDATED REQUIRED INSURANCE COULD BE SUBJECT TO CITATIONS.

THE COST OF THE CITATIONS CAN REACH UP TO $300.00
