The City Engineer has the responsibility to supervise, direct and control all engineering matters for the city, as such, the Engineer reviews, approves and oversees all construction, maintenance and repair of streets, pavements, sewers, bridges, culverts and other engineering work. The Engineer prepares plans, specifications and estimates for all such work and certifies to the City Clerk when this work was started and has been completed.
